AL-HIDAYAH HANAFI FIQH PDF

Codification with reference to Islamic schools means the attempt to bring uniformity into the law out of a mass of available rulings. Such a code, like all statutes, enables the subjects to follow the law with ease, and supports the experts in providing detailed rulings to the subjects called fatwas. The effort to bring uniformity into the law began with the mukhtasars and culminated in what are called the jatiiwa compilations. The Author was a contemporary of al - Marghindni.
